About Us
We are a homeowners association with governing by-laws and subdivision restrictions. Annual dues payable by June 30th each year fund our association, restrooms, boat dock, pool and roads. We are a nonprofit corporation.
Owners
Each owner of one or more lots in any section of Harbor Point Subdivision is a member of Harbor Point Owners Association and receives one vote. ALL PROPERTIES and each owner within Harbor Point are subject to the By-laws and Property restrictions, including annual dues. PRIOR TO PURCHASING PROPERTY, please contact our office for information on any back dues and/or fees owed on the property as the dues go with the property and NOT the owner. NO mobile home move-ins or construction is allowed without a PRE-Approved Architectural permit in accordance with the property restrictions. An architectural permit can be obtained at our office or online at Application for Move-Ins/Construction.
Board of Directors/Meetings
There are 5 members on the Board of Directors. Meeting times are the first Sunday of the month at 2:00 PM (except as noted) at the office located at 3381 Starboard Drive. All members are welcome.
