APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF PLANS AND MOVE-INS

Before any construction commences, move-ins of pre-fabricated storage sheds, fencing, porches, etc. you must complete this application for approval. Click on the heading to download and print the application. The application must be submitted at least two weeks before starting your project and must be approved before commencing your project. You can either mail it to Harbor Point Owners Association or drop through the mail slot at the office.

TRASH OPTIONS FORM

For your convenience Harbor Point has a centralized dumpster area. Please click on the heading to download and print the trash use form. There is a charge to utilize the dumpsters. Residents fee for use is $120.00 per year; non-residents fee for use is $60.00 per year. Fees are payable in 6 month or 12 month increments.

NUISANCE DOG POLICY

Harbor Point has a Nuisance Dog Policy policy as well as restrictions that your pets be kept inside a fence or on a leash at all times. please conform to these restrictions and policy for the safety of not only your pet but your neighbors as well.
