ARCHITECTURAL APPLICATION FORM

Before ANY changes begin, a Property Altercation Application must be approved by the Architect Committee. This will include move-ins or moving out of pre-fabricated storage sheds, fencing, porches, etc. Click on the heading to download and print the application. The application must be submitted and approved at least two weeks prior to  starting your project. You can either mail the form to Harbor Point Owners Association or drop through the mail slot at the office. You will be notified when your application is approved.

NUISANCE AND/OR UNRESTRAINED DOG POLICY

Harbor Point has a Nuisance Dog Policy policy as well as restrictions that your pets be kept inside a fence or on a leash at all times. please conform to these restrictions and policy for the safety of not only your pet but your neighbors as well. COMPLAINT FORM

Harbor Point has a Complaint Form for all complaints. If you have a complaint, please click on the heading to download and print a copy of our form. Fill out the complaint form with as many pertinent details as you can so that the complaint can be addressed. Only written complaints received at the HPOA Office will be addressed. We cannot act on Facebook dialogue.

MEMBERS PRESENTATION FORM

Please download, print and fill out this form to use if you wish to be placed on the agenda for any Regular Board Meeting. Meetings are held the first Sunday of each month at 2 PM except July which is the Annual Meeting held the second Saturday at 10 AM.
